Virtual Production (VP) impacts many core disciplines of filmmaking\, from camera work to production design\, visual effects\, animation\, directing\, and production planning. \nInternational speakers \nAt the c-tv conference\, participants can expect keynotes\, discourses and best practice examples from and with experts from the film and TV industry. \nGuests include: \nLisa Gray\, award-winning executive producer\, pioneer in innovation and VP-producer at MARS Volume\, one of the largest VP studios in the UK\, \nSven Bliedung von der Heide\, director of Volumetric Studio Volucap\, the first commercial volumetric studio in Germany; his credits include projects such as “Matrix Resurrections\,” “Marvel’s The Avengers” and “Cloud Atlas.” \nfrom Switzerland\, director Alex Martin reports on the concept of multi-language drama series with VP and \nAustrian expertise on virtual production comes from representatives of AV Stumpfl\, Lichtermacher and Media Apparat. \nStudents from St. Pölten University of Applied Sciences will present format ideas for TV\, over-the-top content (OTT) and mobile in a pitching session. A five-hour program of short feature films and short documentaries will showcase the latest student films. \nMasterclasses will be held at the conference in cooperation with the WKO Film and Music Industry Lower Austria: The focus will be on relevant industry topics and students of the master’s program in Digital Media Technologies will exchange ideas with industry experts.
