This panel discusses their experience with capturing legacy\, and where they think the future lies. \n\nSXSW 2022 Shedule\n\nMatrix Resurrections – Next Level Bullet Time\n\nWith their groundbreaking cyberpunk milestone “The Matrix”\, the Wachowskis catapulted the sci-fi genre into the new millennium and revolutionized the use of digital effects in Hollywood blockbusters. Volucap has developed novel volumetric capture solutions capable of capturing cinema-quality three dimensional images of actors and environments with movement (volumetric video). For Matrix Resurrections\, Volucap has developed a wide range of different volumetric recording systems\, from portable handheld solutions to the world’s first underwater volumetric studio.
