The AUREA community is a network of industry experts in VR, XR, AR, and immersive technologies who recognise and champion each other’s work. The community exists to continuously support the growth of the ecosystem and actively seeks out the most successful companies, individuals, and ideas in the market in order to recognise their success, resilience, and positive impact.

The AUREA Awards are among the highest accolades in business achievement, as entries are community-driven and evaluated in two rounds by a judging panel comprising leading figures from the entertainment and technology sectors. Judges look for impactful, innovative, and genuinely creative experiences, as well as cutting-edge technologies that enable new frontiers of storytelling.

This year, Sven Bliedung von der Heide will be a speaker at the event, presenting insights into the market for digital humans in digital environments, including XR. Sven will explore the use of AI in the creation of digital people, highlighting what is already possible and where further development and adjustment are still needed.
