The East German Business Forum (OWF) has been the leading business conference in eastern Germany since 2016 and makes successful transformation processes visible. Together with thought leaders* and doers from business, politics, science and society, the initiative contributes to courageously seizing the opportunities of transformation and thus to sustainably shaping change processes. Eastern Germany is the symbol of successful transformation and home of the OWF.

At the OWF’s annual lighthouse event in Bad Saarow, relevant players come together to identify opportunities, name challenges, share knowledge, initiate collaborations and create new ideas and solutions as the key to successful structural change. In short: The best global ideas for successful transformation are to be exchanged.
