Responsibilities

🎤 Be the media-relations point of contact.
🎯 Promote and maintain the Volucap brand.
📈 Strategic sales planning and lead sourcing.
📝 Assess and validate potential projects.
🖋️ Create engaging content for public relations (about Volucap and industry news).
🤝 Build strategic relationships with key industry players, agencies, and vendors.
📊 Measure and report on marketing campaign performance; evaluate against goals.
🔍 SEO/SEM management.
🌐 Community and network building on Discord, Patreon, and other platforms.
🛠️ Business development and management of online communities.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in content marketing for agencies or companies.
🗣️ Strong communication skills and passion for complex topics and creating SEO-optimized content.
📊 Solid knowledge of website analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends).
🔄 Ability to multitask, rigorous, and enjoy challenges.
🌐 Editorial knowledge of WordPress.
🎨 Creative with a visual eye; enthusiastic about trends and new topics in content marketing.
📧 Experience with newsletter systems and creating email templates.
🚀 Outcome-driven and highly efficient.
🤖 Highly self-motivated and proven ability to operate autonomously while still meeting deadlines.
🇬🇧🇩🇪 Highly proficient in spoken and written English or German.
