On January 16, 2020, the AUREA Award was presented for the second time during an international conference. Pioneers in the field of Augmented Reality (AR) and Virtual Reality (VR) came together to meet colleagues from all over the world and exchange information about the latest trends in the industry. The highlight of the event at Europa-Park was the festive presentation of the AUREA Awards. The ten finalists amazed with their extraordinary works not only the top-class jury and participants of the digital event, but also presenter Alexander Mazza and Oscar winner Gerd Nefzer. In the evening, the jury, chaired by Kathleen Cohen, presented awards to four companies and their projects in the categories Experience, Influence, Innovation and Interaction.
Cathy Hackl presented the “Innovation” award to the Volucap team.
