Ladybeard Teams Up with Volucap for Immersive Project Launching in 2025

Berlin, 2. December – From a stage at the MEX Anime Convention 2024 directly to the Volucap studio. Internationally acclaimed performer Ladybeard, celebrated for his electrifying stage presence and unique artistry, recently visited the Volucap Studio in Babelsberg during his trip to Germany for the MEX Convention. An exciting collaboration between his band Babybeard and Volucap is underway, resulting in an innovative Extended Reality (XR) experience.

The project focuses on creating an immersive Babybeard performance that will be available on VR headsets through Volucap’s Mixed Reality platform, Voluverse, as well as on mobile devices via the augmented reality app VolucApp, accessible on Apple App store. Using advanced 3D volumetric capture technology, Volucap is bringing Babybeard’s performances to immersive digital environments, offering fans a unique and highly engaging way to connect with their favorite band.

The project, set to debut in early 2025, showcases the blend of music, technology, and creativity, underscoring Volucap’s commitment to redefining how audiences experience and interact with digital content. Fans can look forward to an immersive and exciting way to engage with Babybeard’s music.
