Berlin, July 31, 2024 – Volucap is thrilled to announce its latest collaboration with NowHere Media, Morph Group, and NAXS FUTURE, creative colleagues from Germany and Denmark, on an exciting new project titled “DARK ROOMS.” This unique VR experience delves deep into human psychology, exploring personal stories and memories that promise to captivate and resonate with audiences on a profound level.

A New Era of Personal Storytelling in VR

“DARK ROOMS” is not just another VR project—it’s a collective journey into the human psyche, where each story is crafted with care and authenticity.

At the core of this project is Volucap’s cutting-edge Volumetric Capture technology. Filming takes place in Volucap’s state-of-the-art studio, where 42 cameras meticulously capture every angle of the characters. This advanced technique allows for the creation of highly detailed 3D digital characters, which can be placed seamlessly into any digital environment. For “DARK ROOMS”, these characters will inhabit the immersive space of a VR headset, bringing the actors’ stories to life in a way that traditional media simply cannot match.
